- We deliver to the location requested, during an agreed delivery window.
- Your orders arrive individually bagged.
- Each order is easy to identify, with your name and receipt attached.
- Subsidies are billed monthly.
In all of this, iCanteen is your single source vendor, providing all services on one convenient invoice.
Know who you're dealing with
With iCanteen, you know who you’re dealing with at every stage. As part of the long-established To Go Catering brand, iCanteen doesn’t need to whitelabel other people’s services.
That way, we can control every part of the experience from the design of the menu, through to its production, ensuring our own high standards throughout.
We don’t use middleman delivery apps either: all our deliveries are made using our own uniformed staff.
Making subsidies and treats straightforward
At iCanteen, we know that staff discounts can get complicated, and we’re determined to keep things straightforward.
If you choose to subsidise some or all of your teams’ orders, we’ll issue a monthly invoice for the difference. You will have clear account visibility in your portal, and you only pay for subsidies that are actually used.
When it’s time to treat the team, or thank them for their work, we make that easy too. For these occasions, we can offer one-off vouchers that are simple to request and simple to implement.
