That way, we can control every part of the experience from the design of the menu, through to its production, ensuring our own high standards throughout.
We don’t use middleman delivery apps either: all our deliveries are made using our own uniformed staff.
At iCanteen, we know that staff discounts can get complicated, and we’re determined to keep things straightforward.
If you choose to subsidise some or all of your teams’ orders, we’ll issue a monthly invoice for the difference. You will have clear account visibility in your portal, and you only pay for subsidies that are actually used.
When it’s time to treat the team, or thank them for their work, we make that easy too. For these occasions, we can offer one-off vouchers that are simple to request and simple to implement.

During that time, we’ve grown from a single coffee shop to a business supplying some of the most prestigious companies around. Although we still have strong ties to our original locations, we’ve branched out internationally.
